Spring IS Here!

Finally! Spring is here and it is beautiful! Due to this distracting beauty, I haven't been drawing really...OK at all. (Yes I am blaming Mother Nature, get used to it :P)
Instead of kicking back when I get home in the mornings after work, we have been taking the dog for 40-50 minute walks. I always forget to take my camera with me, but then again I don't know how people would feel about me taking pictures of the flowers in their yards. So I have been taking pictures of the few I do have in my yard.

The daffodils came up in white and yellow, before my husband mowed them over of course.

I don't really know what this one is, but it is still gorgeous.

Did you know that Lilacs come in purple and white? I didn't till all three of my lilac bushes bloomed. Now I know what they are :)

It was a busy Easter weekend that was most satisfying. Got lots of yard work done and some decent pictures taken. We were so fortunate that the good weather held instead of getting poured down on like they kept predicting for the area.

Dragons Started

When I started drawing, oh thirteen years ago (holy crap), the first thing I drew was dragon. After that it was nothing but dragons for awhile. I'm not sure how long it was before I realized that horses, cats, and my favorite cartoon characters could easily follow.
So it's not unusual for me to be working on half a dozen different dragons at once, going from one to the other when they would frustrate me. So I have two that I have been CGing and two that are regular drawings. I was working on the two compy ones till I got to the point they needed detail then quit, just didn't feel like doing it.

(Head shots only :P)

I haven't been completely idle this whole time, just not finishing anything either. Even right now I want to draw some ponies, but I know I won't finish them before I put them aside for something else. I have way to many unfinished drawings x.x

At It Again

Oh yes, I have started the next cross-stitching project. I am going to be taking my time on this one, make it one of those lazy, don't want to do anything deals. Not telling you what it is either, just going to have to guess as it comes along :P

The tiger was finished and framed. I had toyed with the idea of selling it, but decided not to after spilling cranberry juice on it, causing a stain. Only the bottom corner got it, but it's still there so it's mine now.

Might post later what I have been drawing, we will see.
